What do you enjoy most about mentoring and working with undergraduate students?
Undergraduate researchers are a big part of what keeps my lab running smoothly. It’s been really rewarding to see what students can accomplish with support, encouragement, and space to find their individual strengths. I am especially inspired by the growth I see when students really commit to learning and deep involvement in research.
